On the morning of September 26, 2007, Dr. Jagadish Chandra Pokhrel, Vice Chairman of National Planning Commission and his entourage visited Sinosteel, which include member of National Planning Commission, member secretary of National Planning Commission Secretariat, secretary of Office of Primer Minister and Council of Ministers, secretary of Ministry of Local Government, secretary of Ministry of Physical Planning and works, secretary of National Planning Commission Domestic Consultant of Asian Development Bank TA 4765, Operationalization of MFDR, and first secretary of Embassy of Nepal in China. Chief Accountant Liu Andong met the delegation in Sinosteel headquarter.
Chief Accountant Liu welcomed the delegation, he introduced Sinosteel’s development operating and the three core businesses, expressed the cooperation relationship between China-Nepal will have a bright future, Sinosteel would like to further expand and strengthen on the communication and cooperation with Nepal in mining resources developing and metallurgy equipment. Dr. Jagadish Chandra Pokhrel expressed his sincere gratitude for the warm welcome by Sinosteel, he said that Nepal would like to further expand on cooperation in all round areas, the both sides could further communicate by their embassy, and discuss on strengthen possibility cooperation.
Before the meeting, the delegation visited Sinosteel exhibition room. Heads of International Cooperation Department, Sinosteel Equipment & Engineering, Sinosteel Mining attended the meeting.
