During September 2 to 14, 2007, President Huang Tianwen led a group visited Australia. During the visit, he attended on the 15th Economic Leaders Meeting of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum in Sydney. And he attended the signing ceremony of Framework Agreement of Channar JV Extension Cooperation in Perth, the contract of West Australia Railway and Oakajee Port Project.
President Huang ‘s entourage include Vice President Jiang Hong, heads of President’s Office, and International Cooperation Dept. Heads of Sinosteel Trading, Sinosteel Mining, Sinosteel Scie-Tech, Sinosteel Australia Pty, Sinosteel Australia Mining Pty, and Sinosteel Uranium SA Pty also attended the above visiting activities.
This visit is one of the key foreign activities. Via the visit, Sinosteel will further expand strengthen on the association and communication with Australian enterprises and departments of government, which established a cooperation relationship on the base of mutual beneficial and win-win.
