On the afternoon of September 21, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperative agreement between Sinosteel and Hebei Wen Feng Iron & Steel Limited Company was held in Sinosteel Headquarter. Representing each side, President Tianwen Huang & Chairman Norman Kennedy sign on the MOU.
