On November 15, the signing ceremony of economic technology cooperation agreement between Sinosteel and Hebei Provincial Government was held in Bailou Hotel, Hebei Province. Sinosteel President Huang Tianwen, Vice Secretary Shao Dianxiang, former Vice President Wang Zhenwu, Secretary of Hebei Province Guo Gengmao, standing Vice Governor Fu Zhifang attended the ceremony. Representing two sides, Mr. Huang and Mr. Fu signed on the agreement.
With abundant natural resources and complete infrastructure, Hebei Province has great potential in economic development. It ranks No.1 in steel production and gradually reshapes itself to a steel power both in scale and efficiency.
