On morning of May 13, Chief Accountant Liu Andong met with the delegation led by Mr. Ranodeb Roy, President of Fixed Income Department of MSAP. Both parties have communicated and discussed on the issues of all kinds of financial risk, including enterprise’s merger and acquisitions, the interest rate been facing with producing management, the exchange rate movement and so on.Chief Accountant Liu Andong introduced Sinosteel’s developing condition in recent years, developing goals, three core businesses and five industries. He said that MSAP is a famous investment bank in global, Sinosteel would like to further develop on the cooperation with MSAP in all areas including financial risk control.
Mr. Ranodeb Roy also introduced its core business and advantages of Fixed Income Department of MSAP new market deal, foreign exchange, credit product, hedging, and so on. MSAP imminently wish utilize its own advantages further develop on the cooperation in all areas with Sinosteel, and serve Sinosteel.
Both parties also expressed that after this meeting, they will further deepen discuss on the related cooperation, cooperate possibility and ways.
