Vice President Li Zhimin attended the 4th Pan-Pearl River Delta (PPRD) Conference on June 9 to 10. Senior officials from the Pan-Pearl River Delta (PPRD) region have reached agreements on accelerating capital market development, building a property right trading system and a financial risk prevention mechanism, and some other issues during the ongoing PPRD Regional Cooperation and Development Forum in Changsha, capital of Central China's Hunan Province. On behalf of Sinosteel, Vice President Li Zhimin signed a key projects agreement with Hengyang Government. He also had an effected talking with Mr. Xu Minghua, Secretary of the Hengyang City Committee on the related development projects of Sinosteel Hengyang Machinery Co., Ltd.
Heads of Development and Management Dept. accompanied Vice President Li Zhimin in the visit.
