On afternoon of January 15, Chief Accountant Liu Andong met with Mr. Peter Sellars, Chief Executive Officer of Sempra Metals Limited and Mr. Michael Chen, Head of Structured Trade Finance Asia Pacific of RBS Global Banking & Markets.Chief Accountant Liu Andong introduced Sinosteel’s basic condition, and further explained on non-ferrous metal management, steels futures variety going on the market as well as trade financing, he also expressed that Sinosteel would like to strengthen cooperation with world famous metal company and the bank.
Mr. Peter Sellars expressed his gratitude to Chief Accountant Liu’s warmly welcome, he reviewed the cooperation on non-ferrous metal project with Sinosteel Investment Com., he expressed that with detrusion of new billet and steel produsts, hopes further extensive cooperation with Sinosteel.
Mr. Michael Chen briefly introduced the condition of The Royal Bank of Scotland purchased Sempra Metals Limited, he expressed by way of European leading financial service group, RBS would like to develop operation of trade financing with Sinosteel.
On the meeting, both parties also further communicated on practical operation.
Before the meeting, accompanied by heads of Sinosteel Investment, the delegation visited Sinosteel exhibition room.
