Ltd. was held in Nanhu Hotel in Maanshan. Sinosteel President Mr. Tianwen Huang, Ma Steel Chairman Mr. Jianguo Gu, Secretary Mr. Zhanggen Gu and General Manager Mr. Changqiu Zhu attended the signing ceremony.
