The Agreement on setting up Sinosteel Hope School in Shangcheng, He’nan Province signed in Beijing

On December 29, 2004, Mr Shizhong Zhao, vice secretary, met the head of the Shangcheng County in He’nan Province, which is the poverty alleviation county that Sinosteel helps. Both sides discussed on the support of setting up a Hope School. Afterwards, an agreement of investing 500 thousand yuan on building Sinosteel Hope School was signed. Member of the Labor Union (Poverty Alleviation Office) and Mr Luchang Zhang, vice director of the Sinosteel Engineering Design & Research Institute, attended the signing ceremony.
