From June 3 to 5, 2008, SASAC held a tutorial class of risk management with local SASAC and local state-owned enterprises in Beijing. On invitation, Zhang Qing, Chairman of Sinotimes International Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd., which invested by Sinosteel Corporation, deliveried a report titled ”Innovate insurance risk management mode, establish multi-level and all areas risk management system.On the tutorial class, Chairman Zhang Qing particular explained on how to establish new-style risk management mode, three-dimensional risk management system, protect and reduce of disaster and damage. She also communicated and discussed with delegates on the issues of risk management.
