On the morning of July 20, the opening ceremony of one of the most important project that concerned by Hebei Government held in Hebei Cangzhou Bohai New Area. On the opening ceremony, Secretary of Hebei Province and CCPCC Director Bai Keming announced the establishment of Cangzhou Bohai New Area, Vice Secretary of Hebei Province and Vice Governor Guo Gengmao delivered a speech, member of Hebei Party Committee Standing Committee and Managing Vice Governor Fu Zhifang, Vice Governor Zhang He took part in the ceremony. Bai Keming, Guo Gengmao removed the curtain from the plate of Cangzhou Bohai New Area.
Before the ceremony, President Huang Tianwen met Secretary of Hebei Province and CCPCC Director Bai Keming, Vice Secretary of Hebei Province and Vice Governor Guo Gengmao, member of Hebei Party Committee Standing Committee and Managing Vice Governor Fu Zhifang, Vice Governor Zhang He, Cangzhou Municipal Party Committee Secretary Guo Hua, and Mayor Liu Xueku had a formal discussed on Sinosteel Binhai construction base.
Heads of President’s Office, Development and Management Dept., Sinosteel Equipment & Engineering, Sinosteel Binhai, and Sinosteel Engineering Design & Research Institute also attended the ceremony.
